At CutieHeads, each product is created and packaged with intention, care, and a deep understanding of how personal hair truly is.
Because of the nature of our products—and because we’re still a growing, boutique brand—we are currently unable to offer returns or refunds on any items that have been opened, worn, or removed from their original packaging. This is both for hygienic reasons and because we cannot restock or resell any handled hair.
However, your experience matters deeply to us.
If you ever receive a product that is defective or incorrect, please contact us at cutie@cutieheadshairextensions.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will be happy to make it right.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items within 7 days of delivery, as long as:
The item is unused, unopened, and in original condition and packaging.
The exchange is requested via email to cutie@cutieheadshairextensions.com and approved by our team.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was incorrect or defective.
