Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of every Cutieheads product and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

If you believe you’ve received product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us before installing, coloring, cutting, or otherwise altering the hair. We may request photos or additional information to help us evaluate the concern.

Once the hair has been installed, chemically processed, cut, toned, colored, or otherwise altered, it has been exposed to variables outside of our control. At that point, we lose the ability to accurately determine whether a concern is the result of a manufacturing issue or factors related to installation, chemical services, maintenance, environmental exposure, or other variables. For that reason, altered products are not eligible for return or exchange based on quality concerns.

Unused, unaltered products that remain in their original packaging may be eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be approved by our customer care team before being sent back.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed upon inspection of an unaltered product, we will repair, replace, or refund the affected item at our discretion.
