Shipping policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days when placed before 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day. We are based in Virginia Beach, Virginia USA. 

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
Free standard shipping is available for all orders over $250 USD (before tax and discounts).

For orders under $250, shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout through Shopify’s integration with trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and DHL—allowing you to receive the most competitive and accurate rate available based on your order and delivery address.

International Shipping:
International shipping rates are also calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected carrier. We offer international shipping through DHL Express, UPS, and USPS International, all with access to Shopify’s discounted shipping rates.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required upon delivery.

Order Support & Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly before contacting us.

Please note: processing time is separate from transit time. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
